My designations and how they work for you:

CRS - To earn the Certified Residential Specialist designation, every Realtor must have a significant mix of education and number of real estate transactions.  A Certified Residential Specialist is trained specifically to help you to understand the local market and the home buying process.  The result is a more satisfying experience, whether you are buying or selling, or both.

GRI - The Graduate Realtor Institute designation is earned by attending a specific series of classes, totaling a minimum of 90 hours, covering a variety of subjects including contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction.

Green - The National Association of Realtors Green designation was developed in response to the growing consumer awareness of the benefits of resource-efficient homes and buildings.  Living green means not only making our homes more energy efficient, but also eliminating toxic products in them for healthier living.  If you are interested in having an energy efficient and sustainable home, I have the expertise to meet your needs.
